No. IV (16P2/Tech/Refund Fortnight CCO/BZ/2018 Dated: 09.07.2018 Trade Notice NO. 04/2018-19 Subject: - Special Drive ITC/IGST Refunds Week beginning from 09th July 2018 to 14th July, 2018 -reg. After huge success of ITC/ IGST Refunds Fortnight held by the Department from 31.05.2018 to 14.06.2018 the department is pleased to invite attention of the Trade Industry to yet another ITC/IGST Refunds Week being organized in the entire jurisdiction of Bhopal Zone from 09th July 2018 to 14th July. 2018 under the supervision of all the GST Commissionerates of Raipur, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur Ujjain and Customs Commissionerate, Indore. 2. In furtherance of the special drive for resolving issues related to ITC/IGST refunds all Division offices of each GST Commissionerate and Customs Commissionerate of Bhopal Zone shall function as Exclusive Refund cell and shall also remain open on Saturday during 09:30 AM to 18:00 Hrs. 3. The Trade is requested to avail the golden opportunity and approach the jurisdictional Divisional office (Refund Cell) for processing of the pending ITC/IGST refund claims. The asseessees are encouraged to report any difficulties and obstacles in processing of their refund claims. The Department is committed to resolve all the issues at the earliest. 4. All the Trade Associations, Chambers of Commerce Industries and Members of Regional Advisory Committees of M.P. Chhattisgarh are requested to bring the contents of the Trade Notice to the knowledge of their members and other concerned persons immediately. 5. Hindi version follows. (Hemant A.
