Subject: Special Drive ITC Refunds forthnight beginning from 31st May 2018 to 14th June2018-Reg. Keeping in view the pendency of I.G.S.T. I.T.C. Refunds, as a trade facilitation measure, it has been decided to organise a Special Refund Week commencing from 09th July, 2018 to 14th July, 2018 to clear the pendency. During this period offices shall open on Saturday also. 02. All the constituent members of Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce and Industries/ Members of Reginal Advisory Committee/Public Grievance Committee are requested to circulate and publisize the content of this Trade Notice amongst their member constituents. The earlier Trade Notices No(s). 19/2017-18, dated: 04.12.2017, No. 23/2017- 18, dated: 29.12.2017 and No. 07/2018-19, dated 04.06.2018 issued in the matter may please also be referred to clarify any doubts in this regard. The same are readily available on the website www.cexraipur.gov.in 03. The exclusive camps/refund cells have been set up at all the Divisions of the CGST Commissionerate, Raipur to deal with the cases of pending ITC refund claims from 09th July, 2018 to 14th July, 2018.
