No. 267/9/95-CX.8, dated 13th February, 1995 read with Corrigendum dated 22-2-1995 and to request you to issue necessary instructions to the concerned officers and suitable Public Notice to the Trade for implementing Board's said instruction on 'Provisions Relating To Importers' at page 7 to page 9 therein.
