Please refer to this office GST Trade Notice No. 44/2017 dated 20.11.2017 and GST Trade Notice No. 21/2018 dated 29.03.2018 communicating Board's Circular No. 42/2017-Customs dated 07.11.2017 and Circular No. 5/2018-customs dated 23.02.2018 on refund of GST on exports. 2. In continuation, the Central Board of Excise Customs has issued Circular No.06/2018-Customs dated 16.03.2018 communicating the action taken to overcome the obstacle in processing of refund claims in the case of exports from ICDs and the steps to be taken by the Officers to ensure error free filing and integration of local and gateway EGMs. 3. This trade notice is issued so as to sensitize the trade and field formations about contents of the aforesaid references and for complete details, the respective references may please be referred in CBEC's websites www.cbec.gov.in. 4.
