Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, Shipping Lines, Custodians, Members of Trade and all person concerned is invited towards CBIC Circular No. 43/2018 dated 08.11.2018 and this Commissionerate's Public Notice No. 39/2018 dated 13.11.2018, regarding implementation of Paperless Processing under SWIFT-uploading of supporting document on eSANCHIT in exports, wherein, a facility to upload digitally signed documents on eSANCHIT in exports was introduced on voluntarily basis at all EDI locations across the country. 2. Attention is also invited to Notification No. 33/2019-Customs (N.T) dated 25.04.2019 which has superseded Shipping Bill (Electronic Integrated Declaration) Regulation, 2011. It is now mandatory to upload digitally signed supporting documents on eSANCHIT at the time of filing of Shipping Bills. The exporters/customs brokers shall not be allowed to submit the supporting documents in hard copies, henceforth. 3.
