AIRPORT, DUM-DUM, KOLKATA-700052 File No. S41(Misc). 120/2019 CCX Date: 04.07.2019 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 55/2019 Subject: Mandatory implementation of e-SANCHIT in Export Attention is drawn to Shipping Bill (Electronic Integrated Declaration and Paperless Processing) Regulations. 2019 notified vide Notification No.33/2019-Customs (N.T.) dated 25.04.2019 superseding Shipping Bill (Electronic Integrated Declarations) Regulation. 2011. As per provisions of Para 3 of the said Shipping Bill Regulations, 2019, it is mandatory to upload all supporting documents electronically. Exporter/ Customs Broker must upload digitally signed supporting documents on e-SANCHIT at the time of filing of Shipping Bills. Henceforth, submission of supporting documents in hard copies will not be accepted. 2. Difficulties, if any faced in the implementation of this Public Notice should be brought to the notice of the undersigned. 3. Action to be taken in terms of decision taken in this Public Notice should be considered as Standing Order for the purpose of officers and stall (MANISH CHANDRA) Commissioner of Customs (A A) Air Cargo Complex, N.S.C.B.I.
