Kind attention of Importers, Exporters, Steamer Agents, Console (Agents, - Shipping Lines and all other stake holders is drawn to Notification No. 17/2019 Customs (N T.) dated 27th February, 2019 (Copy enclosed). 2. Consequent to the amendment to the subject mentioned above vide the said notification, the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018 shall now come into effect on 1 st August, 2019. 3. Authorised Carriers engaged in the filing of Arrival/ Departure manifests are therefore required to get themselves registered through ICEGATE under the new regulations before 1st August, 2019. 4. All the stakeholders are required to take cognisance and comply with the new Regulations. Any difficulty in complying with the same may be intimated to the undersigned. 5. Hindi version follows.
