Clarification regarding the particulars to be prescribed under Rule 57 GG Circular No. 49/49/94-CX Dated 18-8-1994 [From F.No. 267/50/94-CX.8] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Central Board of Excise and Customs, New Delhi Subject : Clarification regarding the particulars to be prescribed under Rule 57 GG. I am directed to the provisions of Notification No. 33 /94-CE (NT). By virtue of the powers granted vide Paragraph 4 of the aforesaid notification C.B.E.C. hereby prescribes that the mode of transportation along with motor vehicle registration no. and time of despatch in case of transportation by a motor vehicle, shall be indicated in the dealers, invoice after the coloumn (i) pertaining to date and time of issue, in serial Nos. 1, 3 and 4 of the Proforma Invoice given under Notf. 33 /94-C.E. 2. This Circular shall take effect w.e.f. 1st September, 1994. 3. Suitable Trade Notices may be issued in this regard.
