Settlement of disputes between Govt. Department/Public Sector undertakings and Customs Central Excise Department Cabinet Secretariat Letter No. 53/3/45/92-Cab., Dated 13-11-1992 Subject : Settlement of disputes between Govt. Department/Public Sector undertakings and Customs Central Excise Department. The undersigned is directed to refer to letter No. 1429/IP/92-I, dated 27 October, 1992 on the captioned subject and to say that the instructions contained in this Secretariat O.M. dated 31-12-1991 do not apply to the cases of disputes involving State Govt. Undertakings. Therefore, further necessary action in the matter may be taken as might be appropriate under the circumstances. Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs have concurred with the above.
