Reference is drawn to the Circular No. 10/2021- Customs dated 24.05.2021 on the subject Extension of Validity of AEC certification for ease of renewal process issued vide F. No. DIC/POL/DIR/1/2020-POL-O/o Pr COMMR-DIC-DELHI. The title of the said circular may be read as Circular No. 11/2021-Customs in place of Circular No. 10/2021-Customs . All other contents remain the same. The said circular with new number 11, is appended below. 2. It is further clarified that the Circular No. 10/2021-Customs was issued on 17.05.2021 on the subject Changes introduced through the Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty) Amendment Rules, 2021 vide F.
