In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix 2T (List of Export Promotion Councils/ Commodity Boards/Export Development Authorities) of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of the FTP 2023 . 2. A new entry at Sl. No. 38 in Appendix 2T of FTP 2023 shall be inserted as under: S. The RCMC issued by EEPC INDIA till the date of issue of this Public Notice shall remain valid till their expiry. Effect of this Public Notice: Export Promotion Council for Medical Devices has been included in the Appendix 2T of FTP 2023 for issuing RCMC for specific items, with immediate effect.
