Attention of the Importers/ exporters holding Licenses under EPCG and Advance Authorizations and Custom House Brokers Is invited to the Public Notice No. 76/2023 dated 05.09.2023, 47/2023 dated 25.05.2023 issued by this Customs House and Public Notice No. 02/2023 dated 01.04.2023 and 07/2023 dated 18.04.2023 issued by DGFT, New Delhi. 2. The Advance Authorization and EPCG License Holders as mentioned in Annexure A (whose Export Obligation Period mentioned against their authorizations is over and the EODC/Redemption Certificate has not yet been submitted) are hereby advised to avail the benefit of the Amnesty Scheme, if eligible for the same under the above mentioned Public Notices. 3.
