Kind Attention is invited to the Exporters, Custom Brokers and all stakeholders of the trade to the list (attached) of 1434 exporters who have not paid Govt. Dues/interest/penalty with respect to Customs Arrears at Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai. 2. This Public Notice is being issued to sensitize all the exporters/their CHAs that in case their name figures in the list attached to this Public Notice, they should immediately contact/email to Dy./Asst. Commissioner of Customs, TRC (X) at [email protected] before 18.03.2023 on working days and clear all the Govt. dues with Applicable Interest and Penalty. In these cases action has already been initiated under section 142 of Customs Act after issuance of necessary notices. In case the dues remain unpaid, it would attract strict recovery action under section 142 (1) c (ii) i.e. attachment of Movable and Immovable assets of defaulters. 3. In case, the exporter has already cleared the govt. dues with applicable interest and penalty or has filed appeal against the Order-in-Original at any legal forum (Commr. Appeal, JS RA, CESTAT, High Court), the same may be communicated to the above mentioned section with relevant documents. 4.
