(E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby created a new Appendix i.e. Appendix 2Y under FTP, 2023 with immediate effect for notifying the list of Ministries/Departments whose notifications on mandatory QCOs, that are exempted by the DGFT for goods to be utilised/consumed in manufacture of export products. 1 [Appendix -2Y (Refer Para 2.03(c) of FTP) The list of Ministries/Departments whose notifications on mandatory QCOs, that are exempted by the DGFT' for goods to be utilised/consumed in manufacture of export products.
