Dated: 29.05.2024 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 23/2024 Sub : Renewal of Custodianship under Regulation 13 of Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 in respect of container Terminal M/sAdani Ennore Container Terminal Pvt Ltd., Kamarajar Port, Ennore -Regrading. **** Attention is invited to the Public Notice No. 106/2017 dated 29.05.2017 issued in F.No. S.Misc. 17(A)/2016-Docks Admin granting custodianship under Section 45 of Customs Act, 1962 to the Container Terminal M/s. Adani Ennore Container Terminal Pvt. Ltd., Kamarajar Port, Ennore-600120 and Public Notice No. 49/2021 dated 22.07.2021 extending the custodianship under Regulation 10 and 13 of Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 till 29-05-2024. On the application dated 28.03.2024 made by M/s. Adani Ennore Container Terminal Pvt. Ltd., and upon examination of the case, in terms of Regulation 13 of Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009, the custodianship granted to M/s. Adani Ennore Container Terminal Pvt. Ltd. is extended for 5 years i.e. up to 29.05.2029 subject to compliance of the conditions laid down in Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 and payment of cost recovery charges, if any, that may arise due to non-fillment of benchmark for eligibility of waiver of cost recovery charges.
