Ltd.,) Kamarajar Port, Ennore - Regrding. **** Attention is invited to the Public Notice No. 134/2017 dated 20.06.2017 issued in F.No. S.Misc. 09/2017-Docks Admin-CH-2 by Chennai-II Commissionerate granting custodianship under Section 45 (1) of Customs Act, 1962 to the Multi cargo Terminal M/s. Chettinad International Bulk Terminal Pvt. Ltd., Kamarajar Port, Vallur Post, Ponneri taluk Thiruvallur - District 600120 and extended upto 19-06:2024- vide-letter-in-F. No. -S.Misc. 20/2019-ENQ dated 06.12.2022 by Chennai-III Commissionerate. On the application made by M/s. Ennore Bulk Terminal Pvt. Ltd., (formerly known as M/s. Chettinad International Bulk Terminal Pvt. Ltd.,) and upon examination of the case,in terms of Regulation 13 of Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009, the custodianship granted to M/s. Ennore Bulk Terminal Pvt. Ltd.(formerly known as M/s. Chettinad International Bulk Terminal Pvt. Ltd.,) is hereby extended for 5 years i.e. upto 19.06.2029 subject to the compliance of conditions and responsibilities laid down in Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 and payment of cost recovery charges.
