The undersigned is directed to enclose herewith a copy of OM dated 04.04.2018 of FIU IND stating that henceforth FIU will disseminate STRs with confirmed 1st degree linkages only, Linkages, beyond 1st degree, if required for purpose of any investigation would be provided by FIU-IND on request through FINnet on a case to case basis. 2. This may be brought to the notice of all concerned. A list of registered users of FINnet is enclosed as annexure.
