So far as the classification of paper reinforced plastic laminated sheets and the classification of insulators of chapter 85 are concerned, attention is invited to Board's letter F. No. 93/109/86-CX.3, dated 24-10-1986 (Copy enclosed) and Board telex F. No. 93/105/86-CX.3, dated 31-12-1986 respectively. The clarification conveyed through the above mentioned references are reiterated. 3. The above guidelines may be brought to the notice of all concerned. 4. All pending assessments may be finalised on the above basis.
