The Board is of the view that in accordance with approval to the sale price of cigarettes declared on cigarette packages, as required under the Board's letter F. No. 81/50/86-CX.3, dated the 29th October, 1986, it should be possible for the jurisdictional Collector to ask for the cost particulars and the margins and to decide, on that basis, whether or not to approve the prices declared on the cigarettes packages.
