Committee on Disputes - Procedure for submitting cases for consideration - Central Excise - No. 1/126/5-I/2003-LCExtract Cabinet Secretariat's Office Memorandum No. 1/126/5-I/2003-LC Dated 18-3-2003 Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Central Board of Excise Customs, New Delhi In the Committee on Disputes meeting held on 13-3-2003, it was decided that the parties sending cases for consideration of the Committee on Disputes must comply with the following additional instructions :- a. the documents and annexures which are attached with the proforma sent for the consideration of the Committee on Disputes must be legible; if necessary, retyped and certified copies may be sent; and b. copies of Government orders, notifications etc. referred to in the applications sent for the consideration of the COD should also be attached. The undersigned is directed to convey that these two instructions may be circulated to all concerned officers of your organization who process the cases for the consideration of the Committee on Disputes.
