Verma, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, do hereby extend the time limit prescribed in sub-rule (3) of rule 18 of the said Rules, for submission of information of Permanent Account Number in the Form DVAT-52, upto- (i) 31st January, 2006 for all such dealers who are registered under the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, as on the date of issue of this order, including those dealers who are deemed to be registered under subsection (1) of section 24 of the said Act. (ii) 15 days after obtaining PAN in such cases where the application for registration is filed after the date of issue of notification extending time limit and where PAN is obtained at any time after applying for certificate of registration.
