Name of the sponsor : M/s. Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., Baroda. Name of the implementing Lab . : National Chemical Laboratory, Poona. Date of commencement : December, 1982. Date of completion : December, 1984. Estimated outlay : Rs. 2.40 lakhs. 2. National Chemical Laboratory, Poona, is a Unit of CSIR, which stands approved under section 10(2)( xiii ) of the Income-tax Act, 1922, vide Ministry of late Finance Dept.
