Inland Container Depot sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector at Trans Thane Creek Industrial Area, MIDC, District Thane, Maharashtra NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 22nd August, 2008 S.O. 2096(E) — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005); the Central Government hereby appoints the 22nd day of August 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector at Trans Thane Creek Industrial Area, MIDC, District Thane, Maharashtra developed by M/s.
