Amends Notification No. 12/2012-Customs dated 17.03.2012 to reduce Customs Duty on Cashew nuts. - 27/2013 - Customs -Tariff

[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION NO. 27/2013-Customs New Delhi dated the 10 th May, 2013 G.S.R. 301 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17 th March, 2012 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 185(E), dated the 17 th March, 2012, namely: - In the said notification, in the table, after the S. No. 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) 22A 0801 32 10 All goods Rs.60 per kg or 45%, whichever is higher - - 22B 0801 32 20, 0801 32 90 All goods Rs.75 per kg or 45%, whichever is higher - - .
