Notifies " Temple of Bhagwan Parshwanath situated at Bhadrawati (Dist. Chandrapur), Maharashtra " u/s 80G NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.739 DATED 12-1-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub-section (2) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Temple of Bhagwan Parshwanath situated at Bhadrawati (Dist. Chandrapur), Maharashtra " to be place of public worship of renown throughout the State of Maharashtra for the purpose of the said clause. [No. 7094 (F. No. 176/86/86-ITA. 1)]
