Notifies "Anandashram Trust, Kanhangad (Kerala)" u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.604 DATED 16-1-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby, notifies " Anandashram Trust, Kanhangad (Kerala) " for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment years 1984-85 to 1986-87.
