Notifies the "St. Patrick's Cathedral, Pune" to be a place of public worship of renown throughout the State of Maharashtra u/s 80G NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2174 DATED 31-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub-section (2) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the " St. Patrick's Cathedral, Pune " to be a place of public worship of renown throughout the State of Maharashtra for the purpose of the said section.
