Inland Container Depot Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector at Plot No. TP-1, Rai, Sonepat District, Haryana NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 1st September, 2008 S.O. 2147(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the day of , 2008 as the date from which the Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector at Plot No. TP-1, Rai, Sonepat District, Haryana developed by M/s.
