Notifies "Samastha Kerala Jem-Iyyathul Ulema (Kerala)" u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2331 DATED 15-7-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Samastha Kerala Jem-Iyyathul Ulema (Kerala) " for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment year 1987-88.
