MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION dated 27 th October, 2008 S.O. 2535 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 27th day of October, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector at Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation Industrial Area, Butibori, Village Rengapur, Taluka Nagpur, District Nagpur in the State of Maharashtra proposed to be developed by M/s. Suyog Realtors Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Deport under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 [F. 1/43/2007-SEZ] Anil Mukim, Jt. Secy.
