MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION Dated 08/09/2008 S.O. 2170(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 8th day of September, 2008 as the date from which the biotechnology Special Economic Zone at Rahka and Rani-ka-Singola villages, Tehsil Sohna, Distt. Gurgaon, Haryana developed by M/s. Mayar Infrastructure Development Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. [F.
