O. 2152 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd day of September, 2008 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Plot No. 3, Sector-140A, Noida, Uttar Pradesh developed by M/s.
