MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION Dated 28/08/2008 S.O.2134(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 28 th day of August, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for multi-services sector at Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra proposed to be developed by M/s.
