MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION Dated 23 July 2008 S.O.1835(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 23 rd day of July, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Village Koba, District Gandhinagar in the State of Gujarat proposed to be developed by M/s.
