O. 923 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 23 rd day of April, 2007 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Village Mulund, Taluka Kurla, District Mumbai Suburban, and Village Kopri, Taluka Thane, District Thane Maharashtra developed by M/s.
