MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 05 March, 2012 S.O. 375(E) - Whereas, M/s. Adarsh Prime Projects Private Limited, a private organisation, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Villages Devarabeesanahalli, Bhoganahalli and Doddakanahalli, District Bangalore in the State of Karnataka; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , had notified and denotified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below: (Area is in hectares) Sl. Adarsh Prime Projects Private Limited has nowproposed for de-notification of 7.399 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 27th December, 2011; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby denotifies an area of 7.399 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 10.559 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely: TABLE Sl.
