Appointment of Chairperson of Competition Appellate Tribunal - F. No. 9/7/2014-CS - S.O. 2878(E) - Competition Law

NOTIFICATION DATED 10-11-2014 S.O. 2878(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53C read with section 53F of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Justice (Retd.) G. S. Singhvi, as Chairperson of the Competition Appellate Tribunal with effect from the 25 th September, 2014 (FN) for a period of five years or till he attains the age of 68 years or till further orders, whichever is the earliest. 2. The terms and conditions of his service will be governed by the Competition Appellate Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and other terms and conditions of service of Chairperson and other Members) Rules, 2009 as amended from time to time.
