Mutual Fund" set up by the State Bank of India, a bank constituted under the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955) u/s10(23D) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.750(E) DATED 21-9-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (23D) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies "The India Magnum Fund N. V. Mutual Fund" set up by the State Bank of India, a bank constituted under the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955), as the Mutual Funds of public sector banks for the purpose of the said provision.
