Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority - S.O. 1754(E). - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) ORDER New Delhi, the 15 th October, 2007 S.O. 1754(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 6 of the Industries (Department and Regulations) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with Rules 2,3,4 and 5 of the Development Council (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints, for a period of two years from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette, the following persons to be Members of the Development Council for Pulp, paper and Allied Industries, in place of members appointed under the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) No. S.O. 1189 (E) dated 8 th October, 2003, as amended from time to time, whose tenure of office has expired:- 1. In pursuance of clause (c) of rule 2 of the Development Council (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints the Director, Central Pulp and paper Research Institute, sharanpur (U.P) to carry on the functions of the Member-Secretary to the said Development Council.
