MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) ORDER New Delhi, the 13 th November, 2007 S.O.1928(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by the Section 6 of the Industries (Development Regulations) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with Rules 2,3,4 and 5 of the Development Council (Procedural) Rules 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints for a period of two years from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette, the following persons to be the ex-officio Members of the Development Council for Printing including Litho Printing Industry, in place of members appointed under the Order of the Government Of India in the Ministry of Commerce Industry (Development of Industrial Policy Promotion) No. S.O.223(E) dated 21 st February, 2002, as amended from time to time, whose tenure of office has expired:- 1. Joint Secretary (Incharge of Paper Division) Department of Industrial Policy Promotion, Ministry of Commerce Industry, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi ---Member 2. Joint Secretary, (Incharge of Publication), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi. ---Member 3. Director (Printing) Directorate of Printing, Ministry Of Urban Development, New Delhi. ---Member 4. Director, Bureau of Indian Standards Manak Bhavan, 9, Bahadurshah Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110002 ---Member 5. Chairman Development Council for Pulp Paper Allied Industries. ---Member 6. Director, Indian Institute of Packaging, E-2 MIDC Area, Post Box No. 9432, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400093 ---Member 7. Director, Central Pulp Paper Research Institute, P.B. No. 174, Himmat Nagar, Paper Mill Road, Saharnpur (Uttar Pradesh) ---Member Secretary 2. In pursuance of clause (c) of rule 2 of the Development Council (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints the Director, Central Pulp and paper Research Institute, sharanpur (U.P) to carry on the functions of the Member-Secretary to the said Development Council.
