NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section  (I)  of section 66 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the It. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Shri Vijay Kumar, IAS, Commissioner, Value Added Tax Govt. of NCT of Delhi for carrying out the purposes of the said Act with effect from the date he assumes charges of the office.
