Sir/Madam, I am directed to refer to the amendment to Rule 11(10) of SEZ Rules, 2006 issued vide Notification GSR 5(E) dated 02.01.2015 regarding dual utilization of facilities in Non-Processing Area of SEZs. As per the notification, the Developer/Co-developer shall submit an application in the prescribed format for approval of dual use of infrastructure in Non-Processing Area of SEZs. Accordingly, the application form for the same is enclosed. 2. You are requested. to bring this to the notice of all concerned stakeholders.
