MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th June, 2012 G.S. R. 441(E) .- in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number G.S.R. 38(E) dated the 19th January, 2011 In the said notification, for serial number (5) and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (5) Shri Gautam Guha, Director General (Commercial), Office of the Comptroller Auditor General of India, 9, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg, New Delhi -110 002 -Member 2.
