MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14 th September, 2011 G.S.R. 684 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number G.S.R. 38(E), dated the 19 th January, 2011. 2. In the said notification, for serial No. (3) and entries thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (3) Shri Manoj Kumar, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, A Wing, Shastri Bhawan, Dr. R.
