S.O. 1368 (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 , the Central Government, with immediate effect, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-2 (Export Policy) of ITC HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, as amended from time to time : - A new entry at Sl. No. 90 A in Chapter -14 (Export Policy) of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import items is added as follows : - CHAPTER 14 Vegetable Planting Materials, Vegetable Products not elsewhere specified or included.
