Amendment in Second Schedule of the Right To Information Act, 2005 - F.NO.11/6/2014-IR - Indian Law

NOTIFICATION DATED 21-7-2014 G.S.R 530 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act , namely: In the Second Schedule to the said Act , for S. No's 7 and 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No's and the entries shall be substituted, namely:- 7. Aviation Research Centre of the Cabinet Secretariat. 8.
