MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18 th March, 2005 S.O. 341(E) .-Consequent on the approval given to M/s. WIPRO Limited for setting up of Special Economic Zones SEZ) for Software Development and IT Enabled services on 23-12-2004, the Central Government hereby notifies the area of the Special Economic Zone at Salt Lake Electronic City, Kolkata comprising the places bearing the Site Nos., plot Nos. and Block No. specified below, namely :- Site-1 Site-2 WIPRO Limited WIPRO Limited Plot Nos. 1, 7, 8 and 9 Plot 1B Block-DM Block-CN Sector-V Sector-V Salt Lake Electronic City Salt Lake Electronic City Kolkata-700091 Kolkata-700091 Total Area : Around 16 Acres of land covered in two sites, i.e. 13.5 acres in site-1 and 2.5 acres in site-2.
