Central Government appoints Shri Amardeep Singh Bhatia, IAS (NL. 1993) to the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - S.O. 1648(E) - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd May, 2016 S.O. 1648(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 6 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Appointment of Chairperson and Members, holding meetings and provision for offices and officers) Rules, 2016 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Amardeep Singh Bhatia, IAS (NL. 1993) to the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (Additional Charge) to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority from the date of his assumption of charge for a period of six months, or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
