Establishes an Appellate Tribunal - GSR 439(E) - Prevention of Money-Laundering

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the dated 1-7-2005 GSR 439(E),- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), the Central Government hereby establishes an Appellate Tribunal at New Delhi to hear appeals against the orders of the Adjudicating Authority and the authorities under the said Act.
