Under section 80G(2)(b) the Central Government Notified “Shri. Ram and Ramdas Swami Samadhi Temple (Mandir) & Ramdas Swami Math at Sajjangad, Distt. Satara, Maharashtra” to be a place of public worship - 34/2017 - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES) NOTIFICATION NO. 34/2017 New Delhi, the 28th April, 2017 INCOME-TAX S.O. 1360(E). -in the exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies Shri. Ram and Ramdas Swami Samadhi Temple (Mandir) Ramdas Swami Math at Sajjangad, Distt. Satara, Maharashtra , to be place of historic importance and a place of public worship of renown throughout the state of Maharashtra for the purposes of the said section. [ F.
